The Health & Wellness program offers a wide range of supportive services including Peer Wellness Support,* Behavioral Health & Group Programming, and specialized Recovery Services.We are committed to understanding the individual health and wellness needs of each participant, and connecting them to services and support within the broader community. We strive to ensure that each participant leaves Sponsors with active health insurance, a primary care physician and a support plan in place for their ongoing health and wellness needs.

• Oregon Health Plan Enrollment and Benefits Assistance • Finding a Primary Care Provider • Transportation and Support at Health Appointments • Skill-Building and Problem-Solving Classes • Harm Reduction Education • Public Health Initiatives • Individual Therapy, including specialized treatment for trauma • Recovery Services • Life Skills
