We’re excited to share… Sponsors Mentorship Program is gearing up to launch a brand-new Life Skills Program!
The nine-month program was designed to provide a continuation of the support participants receive while in transitional housing as they shift to independent living.
Anyone engaging with a Sponsors mentor will be eligible for the program. Each new Life Skills participant will receive a planner, a journal and a program guidebook. With these tools and guidance from mentors, mentees will develop new skills, set goals, and continue working towards their long-term visions for the future. The guidebook is full of information, journaling prompts, and activities spanning three different areas: Planning and Organization, Financial Stability and Wellness, and Personal Wellness.
The Mentorship Staff has been hard at work to get the Life Skills Program off the ground and is planning an official launch by the beginning of March. We can’t wait to see all the ways this new program helps folks achieve their dreams!
